  Don't go on a Saturday night. We made the mistake of not arriving until 6:00 pm and it was packed. They don't have room for you to stand and wait either, so people get packed up at the door. It's not a huge place, so it wasn't their fault, they did their best to get us a table. The food was good, but we were there for 2 hours. One of us ordered the flounder, and it was good. But the place needs a going over for cleaning! The wall behind us seemed to have food splattered on it, and needed to be scrubbed down, or the wallpaper replaced. I wasn't really impressed with our sandwiches, by the time we got to eat I was starved, so we devoured our food out of major hunger. Because they were so busy, we'll probably eat somewhere else next time. In hindsight we should have gone earlier, but none of us were impressed with the Village to give it another try. Another recommendation would be to eat outside if they are busy, if the weather permits. I had a fly buzzing around my face and we were inside, we would have been more comfortable eating outside, because it was so crowded inside. So inside or out there would have been flies! lol

  AMAZING!! We are visiting for the Southeast Thereshers' Reunion and we heard this place was a great restaurant so here we came and wow was it good! The catfish with Cajun seasoning was the best fish I've ever eaten and the Cajun wasn't spicy it just had a great flavor. Great service great food what more do you need?
